Administrative Coordinator
Description

We are searching for a diligent and professional Administrative Coordinator to join our team.

As the Administrative Coordinator, you will support the compliance department by doing research, maintaining documentation, performing audits, and updating procedures.

The Administrative Coordinator will also assist in ensuring our company adheres to legal standards and in-house policies.
You should demonstrate a thorough understanding of the business environment, excellent administrative skills, and a strong knowledge of compliance trends and rules.
 
Responsibilities
 
  • Provide support in the compliance department’s day-to-day operations
  • Assist in maintaining all compliance documents and records
  • Perform compliance audits and risk assessments regularly
  • Assist in the implementation of company policies and regulations
  • Manage reporting, record keeping, and provide administrative support
  • Attend educational workshops and review industry publications to stay abreast of new compliance regulations
  • Assist in communication with regulatory bodies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project guidelines and regulations
  • Assist in the development of compliance management systems

 Qualifications
 
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator or similar role
  • Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Integrity and professional ethics
  • Teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • 3 years minimum administrative experience
  • BS in Business Administration, preferred not mandatory
Salary: $50k/annually
